Looking for a Web Application (RIA) developer to work with our development team on creating an Intranet (internal) Rich Internet Application that is:
- database driven
- has extensive drag-n-drop capabilities
- utilizing hosting-Based Email Capabilities (initially)
- utilizing hosting-based ecommerce (initially)
- utilizing extensive Business graphics
The RIA will be be designed to allow an employee or consultant to create access list and ruled and to associate them for reporting purposes to a specific job function in the enterprise. Connections will be to ORACLE, DB2, MySQL, MSSQL, LDAP, Active Directory. Convert application from MS Access Database (will be provided)
The provider will be working closely with our development team to determine the best overall design of the application, suggest layout, and make content recommendations.
Must have a minimum* of the following:
2-3 years experience Web Design, CSS and Programming
1-2 years experience Silverlight Design and Programming
2-3 years experience in ASP.NET technologies
2-3 years experience in Silverlight UI Design/Programming
2-3 years experience in C#
2-3 years experience using MySQL/MSSQL from a RIA standpoint
2-3 years experience in Adobe Flex 3/Flash Builder
2-3 years experience in Action script 3 programming–object-oriented, event-based
1-3 years experience in Adobe Flash
1-3 years experience in Coldfusion 7/8/9
1-3 years experience in PHP web development
1-3 years experience in database (MySQL/MSSQL) interaction with web technologies
1-3 years in Python Programming and Design
2-3 years in ecommerce design for payment/storefront capabilities

This phase one of the project. There is a second phase that the provider may be invited to based upon the quality of their work.
An NDA will be required to be signed before work begins. Previous buyers may be contacted to get additional feedback.

Looking for a candidate that has a skill set which can derive a working site currently in .NET ASPX web application, and rebuild it using coding in PHP, MySQL, AJAX, YUI or best suggested development architecture.
Site currently uses YUI features. However, we would like to improve upon by adding more functionality features utilizing the latest and more utilized technologies available.
Improvements: incorporating audio capture and play-back;
Online purchase functionality – currently being provided third-party; Photo Gallery functionality improvement much needed; Data reporting features needing improvement to set out a viral output report; incorporating SMM in back-end; ad accounts like Google Adwords/Adsense, Yahoo SM in back-end;
These are just some of the features but are not limited.
Current site consists of administrative back-end, reporting functionality, data and photo imagery inserts. We are looking for an individual that can perceive the sites potential improvement use with multiple users bring more functionality along with an coding platform stability.
