Create printer-friendly downloadable PDF file for all filled-out registration forms. The registration summary will be available for download after payments are made via PayPal or credit card (perhaps emailed as a confirmation or downloadable immediately on the website). The PDF downloads will be available in the admin area as well.

Stay on same webpage when logging into the website as a member

The new logic will allow users to stay on the same page after a successful login.

Store Front: area on each relevant account where they can add logo, and company description and searchable on the front end.

Add logo to member profile and Member Storefront

members will be able to upload their company logo to their membership profile. The logos can be uploaded in JPEG, GIF or PNG format. Images will be automatically down-sampled to a pre-determined image dimension. JavaScript will check if images that are about to be uploaded fulfill size and file format requirements. The logo will display in the membership profile as well as in the Member Storefront listing.

Expand search functions for Member Storefront
:
The following updates will be applied to the Member Storefront search module (http://compostingcouncil.org/network/storefronts.php ) :
• Add text box and drop-down menu with 2 options to allow Search by contact name or Search by company name
• States drop-down to become a multi-select field
• Add new search option Region (the region grouping is based on the selected state in the membership profiles names of regions still need to be determined)

Institute a membership number as a unique identifier

USCC note:
Assign a 6-digit membership number (e.g. 081234) to each USCC membership profile stored in the database (including inactive accounts). Adding this unique identifier will allow improvements for managing invoices, registrations and membership profiles. The first two digits of the membership number will indicate the year of the initial membership – the remaining 4 digits will be randomly assigned. Any other means of accomplishing the same administration requirements may be submitted.

have membership 3 monthes still active after one year

Change the determination expiration date so that the expiration and renewal date(s) will be on the anniversary of the initial membership payment + 3 months leeway. This means if the initial membership payment was made on January 2, 2009 the membership renewal date will be January 2, 2010. If within this timeframe the membership has not been renewed through paying the membership fee, the membership will expire on April 2, 2010 – at which point in time the display of the membership profile in the Storefront section will no longer be active. If the membership payment is received after April 2, 2010 the next membership payment will still be due on January 2, 2011.

25. Add payment history to invoices

Once the unique membership ID is in place, add a new Payment History section to the membership profile. This page will provide a detailed breakdown of payments made towards memberships, Add a new button Print History will be added to the membership profile and the admin section, which will allow printing the payment history.
