I need an up to date csv file of local businesses in 50 cities throughout the USA. This information must include:
business name
Business phone
Business street address
Business zip code
Business website
Categorized in a standard format up to 3 levels deep. I will provide you with the categories needed. The information must be current and delivered in a pipe delimited file.
Information may be gathered from local chamber of commerce websites. I can provide you with a website listing the chambers of commerce. Information may not be scrapped from online yellow page or other directory sites as they are not reliable sources of current business data.
Payment will be $5.00 per 5,000 complete and unique records. A complete record includes all 5 of the fields listed above. There are hundreds of thousands of businesses in these cities, so this will be a long term project as we will expand to other cities after these are complete.
You may use a macro or other automated data mining system, however the data will be verified prior to payment.
Please use the phrase ‘area scout project’ in your response to this posting so I know you’ve read and understand the project. Failure to use the phrase in your reply will exclude you from consideration. I’m sorry about this, but I’ve had issues with people automatically applying for jobs and not really understanding what needs to be done to complete the task.

New online computer website using zencart requires logo design. Example template can be found at http://osc.template-help.com/zencart_25389/index.php?main_page=index to match colors. Business name is Coolas IT.
Need complete setup, logo design, business card, letterhead, pamphlet that can have content changed/upgraded when required by us. Logo must suit shown template, as it will also be on the website.
Services provided are sales of computers, hardware, parts, software and servicing.
You must present 3 designs. Provider will not be chosen without designs being submitted. Design must be unique, no copies. Project is for completed product – with as many versions as required until we achieve the ideal outcome. It needs to be a little funky too!
