We require a web programmer to develop an online application that functions in a similar way to oDesk. Essentailly it will be an online staff managemnt system. There are some distinct differences to odesk that we require.
The purpose of the application will be to manage an international team of web developers locally. This is not a public app. We as employers already have a team of people that we need to manage in the same manner that odesk does.
We do not require the the public tendering element of the oDesk system. Nor do we require the payment system.
We simply want to be able to post jobs, create team rooms and view a work diary. The contractor will also need to login to commence a job that will then count keystrokes and clicks and provide screenshots in the same way as odesk.
I beleive this is enough information for now for a realistic quote. We need this app within 14 days of job commencement.

We need a system to manage the projects that we have.
We need the ability to create a project, have phases for the project, have tasks for each phase.
Each project should show the % complete based on the number of tasks completed. Each task should have a checkbox that works via ajax to tell the system that the project has been completed or not.

We want an advanced management system of a database of products (and services). It will be used by users with different access levels, with three major components: 1) Advanced search assistant for contextual search using filters with products attributes; 2) Virtual product catalog to be installed on many sites and using the same database, with the possibility of exporting the catalog (or a part) in excel/csv or pdf format and optionally to send price offers; 3) Quote management module used to respond to price requests sent from virtual catalogs. The core of the entire system will be the attributes system on which will be build the searching and filtering mechanism.
For a better user experience and optimal speed of the system we would like to use AJAX for attributes operations like sorting, grouping, editing, etc. We would also prefer to use OOP.
Please tell us your experience and more important, the time you need to finish this project, starting ASAP.
