We are building a site that matches up people to send them professionals who provide services to people’s home. The professionals get paid through the site

1.) The site will need to have profiles of professionals (job history, location, speciality.) The professionals will be ranked according to feedback. People can leave feedback according to their experience with the professional

2.) All providers will be categorized according to the specialized services they provide.

3.) The professionals will get paid by the site and it will go straight to their bank account.

4.) Providers get a dashboard where they can input the times they are available to see people and they will show up as a match to peoples search. They can keep track of their appointments and mark off when each appointment is complete. (this needs to sync with their phone app as well)
They can also input notes on their visit for their own records.

Booking Appointments:

1.) visitors on the home page can choose what type of appointment they need (according to speciality) when they want the appointment and what area – which town, street, zipcode.

The site will then pull up a list of matching providers who are available.

2.) Visitor to the site have to be able to choose from a list of professionals and book an appointment with them (they can also leave feedback and rank them)
They will input the time and date, location they want their appointment.

3.) When someone books an appointment they need to be able to download it to their calendar, phone

4.) All appointments once booked will automatically sync with chosen providers phone (needs to sync with blackberry, iphone, android)

Social Media:
1.) Site will have a blog and fb/li/twitter buttons

The site will be similar to odesk, elance.com and roomarama.com/airbandb.com

I’d like to know a complete quote on total amount of hours this will take and what languages/software you will use to program this.
