I need to edit the blog for this site: www.bhaktiretreat.com. The blog will need to have a similar functionality as this – http://www.saranagati.net/index.php?S=3&Article=767 – in that each blog posting on the www.bhaktiretreat.com blog will be an individual article, and all the blog article titles will be listed in the submenu (which on http://www.bhaktiretreat.com/sneak-preview.html is currently on the right side), and this submenu will be persistent throughout the users selection of any article in the blog, i.e., they will use the submenu to select different articles, and each article will appear in the main frame (on the left), one at a time.
The admin in joomla will need to work that the web admin can easily create a new article, apply this to the blog, assign the title of the blog to the sub menu, be able to edit the sub menue title (if the article title is to long), and be able edit the order of the submenu/article listings.

We have an existing client website:
The site has an existing custom PHP/MYSQL /Flash based content management system for jobs and gallery sections.
The client has asked for the follow additions to the system:
- large image overlay (lightbox) on thumbnail click to gallery and jobimage sections
- addition of a news section editable via CMS with listings and article detail pages
- addition of a support type page where admins can add new articles with links to support manuals (pdfs)
Again, this is an existing site needing these additions to an existing custom PHP CMS.
