I currently own the following Worpdress theme from ThemeForest (mediafire link below):

The navigation is hard coded – it does not use wp_list_pages; I need an estimate on how many hours it will take to integrate wp_list_pages into this theme.
Also, I would like jQuery sub navigation (drop down menus), but am not sure how I want it styled yet, please provide a rough estimate for hours on this.
The theme uses two PHP files for the blog and portfolio; category-3.php is the file for the blog, category-6.php is the file for the portfolio. The portfolio page needs removed completely from the theme. I will not be using it.

I would like the pagination and breadcrumbs from this theme integrated into the above mentioned theme. Please provide a quote for this as well.
To summarize I need a quote for the following:

- Integrate pagination
REQUIREMENTS:
- The modifications MUST be made using valid HTML and CSS
- The modifications MUST be well documented in the site files.

This is not your typical job and I am not your typical Employer. I am a down to earth dude who likes to have fun yet work his ass off and get things done and make things happen.
First and Foremost if you apply for this position you MUST pay careful attention to detail. So DO NOT apply if you are not detail oriented.

I am looking for someone to bring into my company to work with me directly – the President. You are going to have to work efficiently on your own without any supervision. You will need to be able to catch on quickly to the things I tell you and then implement them. I cannot babysit you.
I need someone who is skilled and versed in WordPress and has experience modifying themes and building websites with the WordPress Platform. Basically, You need to Know WordPress Inside And Out. You must feel super comfortable working with it and tweaking it to fit your needs. We are going to be working mainly with the Thesis Theme so if you have experience with Thesis then you will be far above the pack. Make sure to let me know you do have experience with Thesis. And if you don’t have experience with Thesis then tell me what Themes you do have experience with.

Looking to take a WordPress website to the next level. I have a website called dogboston.com that has a pretty decent amount of amount due to search engine optimization.
What I want to do is make the site very easy for dog owners to find local dog services and for dog related service providers to list and promote their businesses.
I am looking for someone who can start by creating a test/dev environment for my website and combine two properties into one. I have a blog at dogboston.com/blog and the main dogboston.com website.
In order to prove that you actually read this:
I am looking for you to attach a text file with approximately how long you think it would take to create a test/dev environment for this ongoing project.
And then there are many things I’d like to do with you:
create a system that allows a selection of town/city
create a system that remembers who you are (based on cookie or registration)
Create an automated advertising system that allows vendors to enter their own business information but pay to have their listing highlighted (kind of like oDesk).

Hi!
We need a designer (and developer) – in that order – to create 5 useful, re-usable themes.
When the work is delivered professionally, we will be adding more. We need to build out a set of good looking, professional themes.
If we can also look into building a framework for this, that may be an option too – so that the themes themselves become very flexible, and can be changed easily. (However, we don’t need to build another “Thesis”).
We’d like to speak with you about this. Initially, we want clean, professional, business-like designs and coded up as a WP theme.
